Short version: you tell us your date and your venue so we can quote you. We use it for that, keep it safely, and delete it when it's no longer useful.
What you send us
When you use the enquiry form we collect your names, email address, event date, venue, the entertainment you're interested in, and anything you choose to tell us about your day. Nothing is collected automatically while you browse.
Why we need it
Only to answer your enquiry, check availability, prepare a quote and — if you book — to deliver the day you paid for. We do not use your details for advertising, and we do not sell or pass them to anyone else.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored securely with our hosting provider and kept only as long as they are useful — typically until your date has passed, or until you ask us to delete them. Photos and videos you send for a booking are used only to discuss your event.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Tell us the email address you used and we'll handle it promptly.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to make it work and to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use it. There is no advertising tracking and no personal profiling.
